1. How do I set up my wireless voicemail?

Press and HOLD the "1" key on your wireless phone. The system will then ask you to:

        1. Create a password.
        2. Select a Greeting.

Follow the automated prompts for creating a password and selecting a greeting. When finished, simply end the voicemail call by hanging up.

2. How do I retrieve my voicemail messages?

Press and HOLD the "1" key on your wireless phone and follow the prompts to listen to your messages.

3. How do I make changes to my voicemail options?

Press and HOLD the "1" key on your wireless phone to access your voicemail. From the automated Main Menu, press the:

"4" key to change your Personal Access Options.
"2" key and then the "1" key to change your Password Options.
"3" key to change your Greeting Options.

4. How can I check my voicemail messages from other phones?

Dial your 10-digit wireless number and press the * key when you hear your personal greeting. Enter your personal passcode. Then follow the prompts.

5. How can I require a password for all calls from the Main Menu?

Press the "4" key for Personal Options and then the "2" key for Administrative Options. Then, press the "1" key for Password and follow the prompts to turn on your password.

6. How can I quickly navigate through my voicemail options?

Use the following keys to quickly navigate through your voicemail:
