Maintenance Alerts!

Thursday, September 9, weather permitting, HTC crews will be performing maintenance on portions of our network to ensure that it is operating at maximum capacity. The work will be done during our maintenance window between the hours of midnight and 5:00 AM to minimize the impact on our customers. During this time some customers will experience service interruptions. Not all customers will be affected.

HTC's normal scheduled maintenance window is 2:00 am to 6:00 am Monday through Friday. In the event scheduled maintenance is necessary that will affect your service, HTC may notify you via phone, email, postal mail, or in the Maintenance Alert section of our website in advance of the outage. In the event of an outage, HTC's liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service prorated over the term of the outage.
