2011 HTC Christmas Giveaway Daily Winners

Official Rules 

A random drawing will be held for all eligible entries. Open only to residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties, who, as of 12/1/11 are 18 years of age or older.  Limit one prize per person. Employees of HTC (“Sponsors”), their representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE.  Non-contact will result in disqualification, in which case, an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, in which case, an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution of a prize by the winner permitted. Prize winners will pick up their winnings at a designated HTC location.  The winners will forfeit the prize if the prize is not claimed by January 1, 2012. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors and their agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold Sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion and the use of any prize.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend this promotion at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to amend or modify the promotion or disqualify an entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who it determines, in their sole discretion, do not meet eligibility requirements.
