HTC Repair

The HTC repair department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may notify us of an outage or other problem using the online form below. An HTC representative will respond as soon as possible to restore service in your home or business.

To report a problem online:
Complete the form below and a representative will respond to you within 48 hours. By submitting this form, you grant HTC the permission to access and review your account as necessary to respond to your inquiry.

To report a problem with cable or telephone service by phone:
Call an HTC Customer Service Representative at 843-365-2186 or 611 from any HTC exchange for 24 hour assistance.

To report a problem with wireless service by phone:
Call an HTC Customer Service Representative at 843-916-0909 or 611 from any HTC wireless phone for 24 hour assistance. Microcell customer service, call 843-365-2186.

To report a problem with residential Internet service by phone:
Call an HTC Customer Service Representative at 843-369-8745.

To report a problem with business Internet service by phone:
Call an HTC Customer Service Representative at 843-369-8989.
