HTC encourages customers to suppress their monthly paper bill statement. We're cutting down on paper so we don't cut down our trees. Join us in saving money, paper and the environment. It's convenient and clutter-free. Simply your life and help save the environment with just a few clicks. As a paperless bill customer, you can:
|
|
- Receive an email every month telling you when your new statement is available for online viewing and payment.
- View, download or print the same information online that's on your paper statement.
- View old statements FREE. We keep your statements for 18 months.
- Help the environment by cutting down on paper.
- Reduce mail and paper cluttering your home.
- Resume receiving your paper bill at any time.
- Go completely paperless and pay online with a checking account.
HTC takes a leadership role in reducing its eco-footprint with annual directory and cell phone recycling efforts in the spring. Since 1998, 692 tons of directories have been recycled and more than 20,000 cell phones have been recycled in the last five years instead of going into landfills.
This green initiative also equals green for local public and private schools because HTC donates $0.15 for each directory recycled to participating schools and $1.00 for every cell phone recycled. Over the last 11 years, HTC has contributed more than $105,000 to public and private schools in Horry and Georgetown Counties on behalf of recycling efforts.

HTC is transitioning from plastic bags to paper bags that are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. Customers will receive paper bags instead of plastic bags when purchasing cell phones, accessories, DVRs and other equipment.
